I have been unable to mount the brackets to the apparatus! my handyman is unavailable! if you could only show me the sequence to screw, nut, washer ,bracket, then I could manage as the rest of the directions seem clear.

Very consistent, perfect for exercising arms and legs, especially in older people.
It does not move and it is not necessary to hold it while it is used (others that I have tried previously moved with pedaling and another person was necessary to fix them).
It is not connected to the light, it is without cable. And does not bring batteries (at least I have not seen them). The screen turns on automatically when you start pedaling, and acquires the speed depending on the person's pedaling. Resistance can be graduated.
